What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
Our typical MOQ is 25 units for most products. For fully custom items (branded packaging, exclusive hampers, bespoke products) the MOQ may be higher โ usually 50 to 100 pieces. Smaller orders are possible on select ready-made gifts. Share your requirement and we'll guide you.
How long does delivery take?+
Standard timelines:
- Ready-stock gifts (no customization): 3โ5 business days
- Logo-branded gifts: 7โ10 business days
- Custom hampers / bespoke packaging: 10โ15 business days
- Festive rush (Diwali, New Year): please place orders 3โ4 weeks in advance
We ship pan-India and can expedite urgent orders when possible.
Can you add our company logo and branding?+

- Individual drop-shipping to hundreds of employees/clients at different addresses
- International shipping available on request (customs/duties extra)
All shipments are tracked end-to-end. For individual drops, simply share an Excel sheet with names and addresses.
Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?+
Yes. We provide:
- Digital mockups (free, in 24โ48 hours) showing how your branding will look
- Physical samples on request โ sample cost is usually adjusted against the final order
We never go into production without your written approval.

What are your payment terms?+
Standard terms for corporate clients:
- 50% advance to confirm the order and start production
- 50% on delivery (before dispatch for first-time clients)
We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and cheque. GST invoice is always provided (GSTIN: 07DZSPA6980B1Z6). For large or repeat clients, custom credit terms can be discussed.
